We are passionate about youth development and success. We strongly believe that the economic and political success of a nation is directly proportional to the level of growth, development and success of its youth. It is no surprise that you spend a significant period of your youth in some form of education or another. However, the level of education being provided, while necessary, does not provide some of the critical skills that the youth need in order to be successful. 

There are thousands of graduates leaving university and colleges every year that join the unemployment queues as soon as they leave, and the number continues to grow on a yearly basis. While there are some personal, socio-political and economic challenges that impact the success of the youth it is also evident that the education systems do not sufficiently equip the youth with the right skills and training that will allow them to lay the necessary foundations for them to be successful.
